What are your printing techniques?
DTF
Direct to film printing is a printing process that uses a specific kind of water-based ink to print a film transfer that is then dried, a powdered glue is applied to the back and then heat cured.
Benefits:
- It can be printed on shirts of any fabric and color.
- Images can be in full color and high resolution.
- Very elastic patterns that do not crack when stretching the fabric.
- Very high resistance to washing and wear.
VINYL APPLICATION
Uses vinyl cut into a pattern or design that is applied to a garment using pressurized heat.
Benefits:
- Exceptionally durable.
- Works with most garment colors, including dark colors.
- Provides excellent color saturation.
- Can be used on cotton, cotton blends, and synthetic materials
DYE SUBLIMATION
Used on 100% polyester light color garments using heat-sensitive ink applied under high temperatures.
Benefits:
- Images can be in full color and high resolution.
- Water-based ink is Eco-friendly.
- Extremely durable decoration.
- Printing feels soft to the touch.
What is the minimum order?
You can order as few as ONE custom t-shirt and as many as need.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes we do!, we have volume discounts starting at just 10 items. Contact us before placing your order for more information.
If I need another shirt with the same design later, can I order it?
Absolutely, we keep all our customer files in our records.
Can I bring my own garments to be printed?
It will depend on each situation. Keep in mind that we typically print on cotton and cotton blends. We also print on 100% polyester items, however the wash fastness cannot be guaranteed.

Whose property is the artwork that is generated?
Any artwork that Punk Army generates on your behalf remains the property of Punk Army. All artwork created by you for your order remains your property and will be maintained at our store for our exclusive usage in executing your orders.

Punk Army reserves the right to use its discretion in refusing to print anything we deem illegal, libelous, scandalous, improper or infringing upon copyright law.
How quickly can I get my order?
Times may vary depending on each order, you may have it in 24 hours or it may take up to 7 days.

How do I track my order?
Most orders will have a tracking number and we will provide that after shipping your items. For a few orders (less than 5 masks) that fit in a small envelope you will receive a notification on the USPS expected delivery date.
How long will my order take to arrive?
It may take between 2-7 business days (in the US), that really depends on where you are. We do our best to ship all orders within one business day and we ship from California.
How do I modify an existing order?
If you need to change a size or style after you place your order, an email or a phone call 503-481-2570 on the same day is best. We won’t be able to modify your order once it’s been shipped.
What happens if my product arrives damaged or was lost?
Please take photos of any damaged items so we can best handle this with USPS. Please return the damaged item and we will send you a replacement. Make sure you reach at us as soon as possible, there is only a 10 day period to make a claim.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us and return items to the address on the package sent to you.
How and when will I be refunded?
We will contact you and let you know we have received your return and that your refund will be issued over PayPal.
